Hello, I’m Agi, a qualified humanistic psychotherapeutic counsellor working with adults from all backgrounds.
If you’ve never been to therapy before, you can think of it as a safe, confidential space where you can talk openly about whatever is on your mind. My role is to listen carefully, help you understand yourself better, and support you in making sense of your thoughts, feelings and patterns.
You don’t need to prepare anything or have it all figured out. We go at your pace. Together, we work towards helping you feel more understood, more balanced, and kinder towards yourself.

I work with adults of all sexual orientations, gender identities and relationship structures, and I am mindful of the unique challenges that can arise from living in a society that may not always feel understanding or safe.
