Welcome, I’m Agi.
If you’re here, something in your life may no longer feel sustainable — even if, from the outside, things look successful or well managed.
This is a confidential space to think clearly, speak honestly and work at depth. A place where you don’t have to hold everything together, and where meaningful, lasting change becomes possible.
I work with thoughtful, capable adults who are often managing a great deal — professionally, personally, or both. Alongside my private practice, I hold a senior professional role, so I understand responsibility, pressure and the reality of busy lives.
I bring over 10 years of coaching experience into my therapeutic work, alongside my qualification as a Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I am currently in the final year of a five-year Master’s degree in Humanistic Psychotherapy (Level 7). My approach integrates Transactional Analysis, Gestalt and person-centred therapy within a strong ethical and professional framework.
Clients describe me as calm, grounded and easy to talk to. I offer a confidential, thoughtful space in Belgravia where we can work with both depth and clarity — supporting meaningful, lasting psychological change.

My work is grounded in Humanistic psychotherapy and informed by an integrative, relational framework.
I draw from Transactional Analysis, Gestalt and the Person-Centred approach, alongside Compassion-Focused and Interpersonal perspectives. My practice is relational at its core, with particular sensitivity to attachment, relationship dynamics and the wider systems that shape our experience.
I am also familiar with Internal Family Systems (IFS), which can offer a valuable lens for understanding parts of the self.
The first session is a calm and considered starting point.
We will explore what has brought you to therapy and what feels most important now. I may ask some questions about your background and current circumstances to build a clear understanding, but there is no pressure to share more than feels comfortable.
It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and to sense whether the space — and our way of working — feels right for you.
Sessions are 50 minutes and charged at £75.
Payment is made by bank transfer 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged in full.
I offer a complimentary initial phone consultation, providing an opportunity to ask questions and consider whether working together feels right.
We usually agree and sign a working contract around the third or fourth session, once we’ve both decided to continue. This outlines practical details such as session times, fees, cancellations and how we will work together.
Everything you share in therapy is confidential and treated with care and respect.
There are some legal and ethical limits to confidentiality. These include:
Clinical notes are stored securely and kept for seven years in line with professional guidelines.
If you decide to end therapy, I ask for at least two sessions’ notice, allowing space for a thoughtful and supported ending.
Therapy is a collaborative space to explore challenges, understand thought and behavior patterns, and create meaningful, lasting changes in your life.
