I offer psychotherapy, counselling, and coaching for adults who are seeking depth, clarity, and meaningful inner change. My work is for those who sense there is more beneath the surface — who want not only relief from symptoms, but a deeper understanding of themselves and their lives.
Clients often come during times of transition, loss, uncertainty, or emotional overwhelm. You may be navigating relationship challenges, grief, identity questions, career shifts, or a quiet sense of disconnection. Together, we create a calm, reflective space where your inner experience can unfold at its own pace — with care, curiosity, and respect.
My approach is trauma-informed and relational. I work with acute and developmental trauma, attachment wounds, abandonment, rejection, and periods of crisis. Rather than rushing toward solutions, we listen for what your experience is asking for, strengthening resilience while honouring the complexity of your story.
This is a space for thoughtful exploration, emotional depth, and sustainable change — grounded in presence, insight, and compassion.
